Journeys by Jones Travels (JBYJ) accepts reservations through jbyjtravels.com or via email at support@jbyjtravels.com.

➕ Traveler Information & Identification

All traveler details must match the traveler’s government-issued ID and/or passport exactly. Clients are responsible for verifying names, dates of birth, and all personal information prior to ticketing.

Name changes after booking may result in additional supplier fees or require cancellation and rebooking at current rates.

➕ Payments

Payments may be made using major credit or debit cards. If a payment plan is offered, the schedule will be clearly listed on your invoice. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.

➕ NO REFUNDS / NO TRANSFERS (IMPORTANT)

ALL PAYMENTS TO JOURNEYS BY JONES TRAVELS (JBYJ) ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS. NO TRANSFERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

This includes deposits, partial payments, paid-in-full reservations, planning fees (if applicable), and any supplier payments.

Cancellation for any reason does not entitle the client to a refund.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

➕ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients must contact support@jbyjtravels.com before filing any chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks may result in reservation cancellation and restriction from future bookings with JBYJ.

➕ Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents.

• Passports generally must be valid 6 months beyond return

• Some destinations require blank visa pages

• Entry requirements vary by nationality

Denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues remains non-refundable.

➕ Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include trip cancellation, interruption, medical coverage, and baggage protection. Insurance is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

➕ Travel Documents

Travel documents and final instructions are typically provided 7–30 days before departure once full payment and required traveler information have been received.

➕ Minors Traveling

All travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian or authorized adult. Certain destinations require notarized consent letters. The client is responsible for carrying proper documentation.

➕ Pricing & Invoicing

Pricing is subject to availability, supplier rules, and applicable taxes/fees. JBYJ reserves the right to correct pricing or invoicing errors. Supplier price increases may be passed to the client.

➕ Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@jbyjtravels.com.
Because all payments are non-refundable, cancellations do not result in refunds.

Supplier credits, if offered, are rare and at the supplier’s discretion.

➕ Airline, Cruise & Supplier Policies

Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators may change schedules, equipment, cabins, rooms, or itineraries without notice. Missed services may be treated as a no-show and remain non-refundable.

➕ Health, COVID-19 & Communicable Illness

Travel may expose clients to communicable illnesses. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with all destination, supplier, and health authority requirements. Policy changes do not create refund eligibility.

➕ Force Majeure

JBYJ is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, terrorism, or pandemics. Supplier terms will apply and refunds are not guaranteed.

➕ Travelers With Disabilities

Clients must select travel suitable to their abilities. Those requiring assistance must notify JBYJ prior to booking and travel with someone able to provide necessary support. Accessibility varies by destination and supplier.

➕ Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

JBYJ acts as a booking agent for independent suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Clients assume all risks associated with travel.

➕ Photo & Media Release

Unless the client opts out in writing prior to travel, JBYJ may use trip photos or videos for promotional purposes without compensation.

➕ Agreement Acceptance

By booking with Journeys by Jones Travels, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Client Booking Agreement terms for themselves and all travelers on their reservation.
